Your Questions, Answered

  • Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what is bringing you to therapy, what challenges you may be facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. You are welcome to ask questions at any time. There is no pressure to share everything all at once. Therapy moves at your pace.

  • Therapy sessions are 55 minutes.

  • Many clients begin with weekly sessions, though some may meet biweekly depending on their needs and goals. Together, we will decide on a schedule that feels supportive and realistic for you.

  • At this time, we are only able to provide virtual therapy services to clients who are physically located in the state of Michigan during their sessions. This is due to state licensure laws and regulations governing mental health services.

  • We work with adults navigating a variety of concerns including anxiety, stress, burnout, grief and loss, ADHD, life transitions, relationship concerns, career challenges, self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm.

  • You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek therapy for support, personal growth, stress management, relationship concerns, or simply having a space to process life’s challenges.

  • Finding the right fit matters. We offer a brief consultation call to help answer questions and determine whether working together feels like a good match for your needs and goals.
